What is the NFPA standard?

The main codes and standards for the safe storage of products are: NFPA Code 30- Requirements for Flammable and Combustible Liquids. The core content is basically the same as OSHA 29 CFR 1910, but it also mentions the following:

9.5.1 The storage capacity of a single safe storage tank for Class I, II and IIIA chemical liquids shall not exceed 120 gallons (460 L).

9.5.2 The total sub-packing capacity of Class I, Class II and Class IIIA chemical liquids shall not exceed the maximum allowable amount of flammable and combustible liquids in the controlled area where each safety cabinet is located.

9.5.4 If ventilation is not required, use the air vent cover to close the air vent of the safety cabinet.
